Just in time for holidays, learn how to make the most delicious baked goods. Learn the secrets to keeping gluten free moist, sourcing the freshest raw ingredients, and proper baking time to avoid gummy textures. Sample various gluten free desserts, including carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Participants go home with gluten free recipes that you’ll want to keep all to yourself!

Included is a tour the Honeybee Home cut flower garden with farmer Katy. Pick a fresh mason jar bouquet to take home. A great day to slow down, be outside, and reflect on the season.


Meet The Presenter

Marleen Kosier is a self-taught baker specializing in gluten free delicasies. She has taken various culinary educational classes but her latest mouth-watering GF desserts were born from her own expirimentation with new recepies and techniques. Marleen finds baking rewarding, and loves sharing her creations with family and friends.
