Volunteer at Windmill Ranch
Stay for just an hour, or a while! Help the local slow flower movement and learn a thing or two about growing flowers in the desert.
Tasks involve cutting flowers, arranging bouquets, seeding, weeding, watering, spreading compost and maybe some chicken wrangling for good measure!
Many hands make light work. We appreciate your willingness to help! Makes a great team or family activity.
Experience summer evenings at sunset at the Honeybee Home flower fields! Stroll among the blooming rows of celosia, sunflowers and zinnias. Take photos of loved ones with a living blooming backdrop of color. Pick all the pretties and then stay for sunset to watch the sun change the sky into bursting color
