This seated workshop will be held outdoors under the shade of the old hay barn at Windmill Ranch, a 12-acre, 4th generation homestead.
Nicole will be teaching guests about the first foundational skill to gluten free sourdough baking: maintaining a healthy and active sourdough starter. She will walk you through feeding your own starter and general care so that you can make a delicious loaf of gluten free sourdough bread (or anything that requires wild yeast) right at home. Nicole will also provide recipes that guests can take home. After learning sourdough starter care, Katy will be teaching guests how to make a fresh, holiday wreath to take home, followed by a tour of the Honeybee Home flower garden.
